Meet VanBuren

Our ancestor Austin VanBuren Wickline was a pioneer, postmaster, and philanthropist. He helped settle Ocean City (now Flagler Beach, FL), and ran their general store in 1913. At times some customers could not pay, but he kept his neighbors fed, accepting IOUs and doing his best to support his fledgling community.
